Bookmark Service
An HTTP service for saving bookmarks. A caller can create a bookmark, list their own, fetch one by id, and delete one.
The interesting part is not the happy path. It is what happens when a caller sends an empty URL, a number where a URL belongs, no URL at all, or a URL that is two kilobytes long — and what happens when the same bookmark is sent twice.
