Shipped: A rebuild of one feature you use

I built Stillroom, a full-stack web app that breaks a video into its exact frames. It uses React + TypeScript, an Express + ffmpeg API, and Supabase for the database, storage and email/password sign-in, with no AI anywhere. You upload a clip and get a numbered contact sheet and a 3D plate rack. You can step to any exact frame, keep frames, and download them as full-resolution PNG or WebP, a ZIP of kept frames, or a numbered image sequence with a manifest for frame-by-frame web animation.
