I built an AI Sales Agent in n8n with one strict rule: Zero emails leave without human approval.
Full automation is great, but autonomous AI sending unchecked cold outreach to real leads is a major risk.
Here’s how this Human-in-the-Loop system works:
Lead Intake: Webform submission auto-logs lead data directly to Google Sheets.
Smart Drafts: AI Agent generates a personalized sales pitch using real case studies as references.
Approval Gate: Draft is sent to my inbox first—nothing goes out automatically.
Instant Revisions: Requesting changes (e.g., "make it shorter") triggers an AI Revision Agent to rewrite it instantly.
Final Execution: Once approved, the system routes through a Text Classifier and fires the email via Gmail.
Speed is useless without control. Real progress comes from building systems that combine AI speed with human accuracy.
