ColdChain — IoT-Based Cold Storage Monitoring Platform What if a refrigerator storing medicines or food crosses its safe temperature while nobody is watching? ColdChain detects it in real time. Built an end-to-end IoT + full-stack platform using ESP32, DHT22, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MQTT and React.js to continuously monitor temperature, humidity and storage access. The system automatically detects threshold breaches, sends alerts, maintains a complete audit trail, and generates compliance-ready PDF reports — replacing manual monitoring with an automated workflow.
