I am a software engineer based in Yangon and a CS student at University of the People, specializing in Web3 protocols, smart contracts, and AI systems. Currently anchoring the DevConnect developer ecosystem, I manage the platform's core hubs for student developers and Web3 builders. My technical work spans Rust, Anchor, TypeScript, Next.js, and Python, with a sharp focus on software that settles cleanly on-chain.
Flagship projects include Spark (Attestcoin-verified credit on Creditcoin), Equxi (open-source trust/accountability rails for AI agents on Solana), and pi River (confidential Hold'em state using Inco encryption). I actively build and compete in hackathons across Devpost, Superteam, DoraHacks, and HackQuest. Always open to collaborating on secure systems, agent infrastructure, and open-source tooling.
