Instead of a single deadline, this program is structured across 3 connected Waves to encourage continuous development, feedback, and iteration. Midnight is a privacy-focused blockchain combining programmable data protection and zero-knowledge selective disclosure using Compact (its TypeScript-based contract language).

Requirements
Projects must use Midnight's Compact contracts for privacy-focused dApps across DeFi, AI, Healthcare, Gaming, or Governance. Submissions require a public GitHub repository under Apache 2.0 with the midnightntwrk label, a slide deck, a demo video, and a compiled Compact contract.
