How to claim your GitHub Student Developer Pack
Hey everyone! If you are a student developer or enrolled in a university program, you can get thousands of dollars worth of premium software and developer tools for free through the GitHub Student Developer Pack.
Some of the best perks included are free GitHub Copilot Pro for AI code completions, free 1-year domain registrations from Namecheap and Name.com, cloud hosting credits on DigitalOcean, Azure, and Heroku to deploy your dApps and APIs, plus full access to JetBrains IDEs, Bootstrap Studio, Canva Pro, and Termius.
To get verified, head over to https://education.github.com/pack and click Sign up for Student Developer Pack to log in with your GitHub account. Then, add your official university student email or upload a valid student ID card or transcript. Approval usually takes anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days.
